請問怎樣可以證明485pending是lawful immigrant status

我就快在AZ待一年的，現在存在轉為instate tuition問題。我是485pending，我老公主申請人已拿到綠卡2年多，我現在的身份是aos。請問通過什麽方法能證明我是lawful immigrant status。 萬分感謝。
