H1已延期，想換工作，不知道新雇主申請H1時是延期還是申請新的H1?

The problem is if your I-140 was sponsored by your current employer such as based on PERM, you can not use this approved I-140 to file I-485 if you change the employer unless you will come back to work for this employer. Also, the employer can withdraw the approved I-140 anytime so that you can not use this I-140 to extend your H1 anymore unless you file a new I-140 and get it approved.
