what is salary level for PERM EB2?

Hi,
I apply for EB2 PERM, I saw SWA 's salary level are devided into 4 levels, so which level could be the minimum (safe) level for EB2?

Also, I have around 20K bonus/yearly, can it be included into PERM EB2 salary consideration?
