請求有relink經驗的大俠們幫忙診斷一下（多謝）：

前幾天按照Blackie提供的方法打通了電話要求relink：

我們當時犯糊塗要求將我的2個140 relink起來，而不是要求將NIW pending的485和現在的EB1B 的140 link起來，USCIS也沒有要我485的receipt號？
隨後收到NSC的電子郵件卻提到了我的485，如下：

On 10/16/2009 you, or the designated representative shown below, contacted us about your case. Some of the key information given to us at that time was the following:

燕子說這是好消息，但我將郵件傳給律師了，被告知這隻是一個“routine response to a service call”，並沒有什麽明確的實際意義。律師還說 “In general in our experience, it takes at least 2 months for USCIS to relink a case”，讓我們等一個月看看再說。

我對大俠們的的問題是：
1. 怎樣才能確認他們已經將我的485和EB1的140 link起來了？大俠們有什麽訣竅嗎？
2. 一般打過一次電話以後，隔多久再打合適？有人說2周，有人說不斷地騷擾他們，大俠們怎麽看？
3. 我確實讓律師還有自己再打過電話想澄清一些可能的錯誤，卻被告知he/she can only forward the request to USCIS officers，而沒有機會和管relink的人通話，律師說：“USCIS will not accept another inquiry in 30 days”，有這麽一說嗎？
4. 律師說USCIS不鼓勵寫信，認為打電話就可以了，我是否還是需要bug律師一下，請律師發一封要求relink的信？
