請求有relink經驗的大俠們幫忙診斷一下(多謝):

前幾天按照Blackie提供的方法打通了電話要求relink:

我們當時犯糊塗要求將我的2個140 relink起來,而不是要求將NIW pending的485和現在的EB1B 的140 link起來,USCIS也沒有要我485的receipt號?
隨後收到NSC的電子郵件卻提到了我的485,如下:

On 10/16/2009 you, or the designated representative shown below, contacted us about your case. Some of the key information given to us at that time was the following:
Caller indicated they are:

Case type:

……
Your USCIS Account Number (A-number):
xxx
Type of service requested:
-- Other
The status of this service request is:
Service records indicate that your application is pending and waiting assignment to an officer. You will be notified when a decision has been made or if additional information is needed. If you have any further questions, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283.

燕子說這是好消息,但我將郵件傳給律師了,被告知這隻是一個“routine response to a service call”,並沒有什麽明確的實際意義。律師還說 “In general in our experience, it takes at least 2 months for USCIS to relink a case”,讓我們等一個月看看再說。

我對大俠們的的問題是:
1. 怎樣才能確認他們已經將我的485和EB1的140 link起來了?大俠們有什麽訣竅嗎?
2. 一般打過一次電話以後,隔多久再打合適?有人說2周,有人說不斷地騷擾他們,大俠們怎麽看?
3. 我確實讓律師還有自己再打過電話想澄清一些可能的錯誤,卻被告知he/she can only forward the request to USCIS officers,而沒有機會和管relink的人通話,律師說:“USCIS will not accept another inquiry in 30 days”,有這麽一說嗎?
4. 律師說USCIS不鼓勵寫信,認為打電話就可以了,我是否還是需要bug律師一下,請律師發一封要求relink的信?
