In my situation, Does the 18 month rule start from the date on my 1st, or 2nd offer letter?
-The second offer letter is fine for your green card (USCIS will accept it) if your school agrees to sponsor you (your school may just use the first offer letter as an excuse not to sponsor your GC application because they do no want to spend the money).
