Is she trying to launder dirty money or sth? If it is not her own company, you should not even worry about being fired. I think you should be more concerned about being involved in illegal acts. If you comply with her and later get exposed, USCIS will have every reason to kick you out of the country.

I suggest that you evaluate the situation carefully and collect some evidence (like taping conversation, keep record of memo) that may help you clean yourself up later on. If you believe that your boss is engaged in serious illegal conduct, report to law enforcement or her superviser. Be sure that you only protect yourself.
