有一點小問題,如果在用AP出美國前,自己H1B上的I-94有效期一直到2012年,但由於用了AP回美,進關時新拿到的I-94有效期是到2010年的,請問我在美國的I-94有效期是以哪個為準?
-After you used AP, your status is AOS, and the one-year I-94 means your parolee is for one year, and it does not affect your legal presence after one year. You can continue to work without EAD for your current employer until your current H1 I-94 expires and do not need to do anything even if the AP I-94 expires.

需要去CBP糾正一下嗎?
-No. Just renew your H1 before the H1 I-94 expires and your status will become H1 again.
