You should have had kept the photocopies of all the I-94 cards, and you may need them for your I-485 sometime. Your I-485 application will not affect your L visa application, and vice versa (of course will not affect you to enter US with L visa). So, you do not need to woory about that. Also, you only need the latest I-94 to go out of US for the L visa.
