you mentioned TSLRH could sponsor his parents' GC petition (surely if he was a citizen) even though his parents may have broken the illegally physical presence law. So, I understand the GC petition won't be affected by the violation (please see the following text copy). Is that true?
no offense, i just want to know it because i have some a confusion about what affect it will impose when violating the physical presence law.

... Of course, they can stay illegally in US until you become a US citizen some time later, and then you can sponsor them to get the green card (their unlawful presence does not affect their future green card application no matter how long it is).
