回複：Keep EB3 or Start a new EB2

If your employer is willing to pay for new PERM EB2 and I140 and your job fit the EB2 requirement, you can start the new case while you are waiting.
The non-audited PERM cases are generally taking at least 6 months to be processed and audited cases are taking about 12-16 months. If you add the time for job advertisement and recruiting, it may take at least a year to have your new PERM EB2 case processed before you apply the new I140. The PD for EB3 may or may not have moved by then.
