What's the chance for me to get the reinstatement approved so I don't have to go back to China? What are the factors USCIS may look at to assess my case?

As i told you, I haven't finished my degree after OPT ends. I was working and my company got H1b approval for me. But then i lost my job in the summer. At the time, it was almost end of my OPT. But my I-20 expired already.
