我可以交兩個485嗎？

我已經交了1個485 （EB-2 )140已批準，485 pending 兩年了， 在用EAD工作.現在可不可以再交一個derivative 485 通過我妻子（綠卡已拿，PD 2003 )? 我們是在她拿綠卡之前結的婚。
我聽說2個485 有可能會相互影響，導致rejection. 是這樣嗎？如果不影響， 我必須取消我的第一個485才能交我的婚姻485 嗎？
