我的EB2出啥問題了 ？

EB2 PD Nov 2004, 老婆是申請人，我是家屬。 老婆2月份已經拿到綠卡了，我一直沒
有動靜。USCIS web case status: last update 9/30/2008. 一年多前了。

去年底也去Infopass 問過，告知 background check are both cleared, waiting for
decision. 本人以前多年H1B,這兩年EAD, 無任何不良記錄。

這周一去了Infopass, 今天收到USCIS回信：

“we have to perform additional review on this case ....There is nothing
that can be done to speed this processs up. Once its has been released from
the area, it should be sent to an officer for review...."


前天給 SF Senator Dianne 發了傳真要求查一下，到今天還沒有任何回複。


請問這種case 出啥問題了？
