現在沒工作。一美國公司派我回中國工作，會影響綠卡嗎？
-Depends on how long you will work there. If more than one year or you receive RFE, your I-485 may have a problem. You may change your I-485 to consular processing (CP) if you plan to work in China >1 year. The problem is that your I-485 will be denied after you use CP and thus, your dependents' I-485s also will be denied. Thus, they can not stay in US with AOS unless they have nonimmigration status.

-Not need any status when you work outside US.
