Help, 有TN Visa經驗的請看過來

TN Visa 給的是temporary worker, 那是不是找的都是contract job, 如果找到permanent job怎麽辦，是不是讓公司在employ letter 上寫是contract job，公司會不會這樣做呢？或者公司會不會因為這個把perm 轉為temp呢？請各位高手指教，謝謝
