1。遞交140，在排期之前可以同時提交485嗎？
-No.

2。140裏有一項：Is this permanent position? 聽說，隻有permanent position才能申請移民，那postdoc也不算permanent啊，怎麽填啊？
-If you use NIW or EB1A for I-140, you may fill "No", but you still need a permanent position to get your I-485 approved later even if you do not need a permanent psoition for your NIW/EB1A I-140.

If you use PERM based I-140, you have to fill "Yes".

3。關於名字的問題：
我的中文名字3個字比如王老五，從中國來的時候，護照上的英文名字有Lao Wu Wang，而我來美後大部分資料（除駕照不能外），都是寫Laowu Wang。

請問我申請綠卡的時候應該填Lao Wu Wang （有middle name)，還是Laowu Wang （無middle name)。並且，會不會因為麻煩，因為我發的文章都是Laowu Wang啊。
-Use "Laowu Wang" and USCIS know the Chinese name very well. "Wu" is not a middle name.
