pjang laoshi, help! Eb1 140 approved, 485 pending.used AP back t

Eb1 140 approved, 485 pending.used AP back to USA, now is H1-AOS status, this is 2nd 3-YEAR H1, expire next January. If 485 denied by the end of this year, can H1 still effective by next January so I can legally stay in USA? can I submit another 485 based on NIW( Also approved last year.)?
