撥1-800-375-5283， 1， 2， 1， enter your receipt #, 1, 3, 1, 這時會有customer representative 接電話，告訴她（一般都是女士）你有兩個I-140希望relink/transfer,如果她說她沒辦法或不行，你就告訴她，"According to USCIS Policy （memo of Micheael A. Pearson 5/9/2000), this is doable, if you won't able to help me on this matter, please kindly contact me to someone who can." 一般情況下，她們都會轉的。
