我在07年7月遞的第一個I485基於批準的NIW，當時我是單身。上個月我和太太一起遞了第二份I485基於我批準的EB1.我現在的問題是我需不需要把第一份485Withdrawn掉啊？跪求有類似經驗的朋友指教，在此感激不盡！！！
-You do not need to withdraw the NIW I-485, but you had better do that and thus, USCIS will process your case quickly because they do not need to put all your cases to process at the same time (save their time to process your case).

擔心移民局要是萬一先批準了早的485，那就會deny第二份，那我太太的是不是會同時被denied啊？
