After you get married in the US, file I-130/I-485 using your TN I-94. Skip K-1 steps.
Or if you want K1 (I don't see why), you should postpone the marriage, finish the I-129F steps, and then go back to Canada for the K1 visa interview, then reenter US using K1 visa, and then get marry in US. And you still need the I-130/I-485 after K1 (using K1 I-94 this time).
