綠卡今天終於批了

情況：

1。2007年7月大潮同時遞交2個140（EB1＋NIW)和485 （自己和LP）, receipt data是在07年9月底。
2。NIW－140於08年4月要求補材料，9月批（拖了5個月）。 eb1-140於08年11月直接批。
3。兩人的484到09年7月為止都沒有動靜， 7月底寫信給議員， 10月2日兩人485同時批準（email通知）。
4。前後過程，隻打過一次指紋。


感覺：
1。 總體來說，USCIS還是會處理每個人的case的， 但時間早晚快慢有很大變異。
2。 給議員等寫信，有幫助提醒IO按時處理你的case.
3. 485會自動連接多個140，好象不必寫信要求重鏈。
