昨天剛訂了機票，16號去北京出差，25號回來。 早上發現 AP 上個月剛過期。（ＡＰstamp date is 2010, 看了帖子才知道這個日期沒用 ）
剛才在網上 馬上efile I-131 ( Advanced Parole ), 請問
1。16號離境會有問題嗎？
-You can not leave US before your AP is approved.
2. 如果把回程往後推，等受到新的AP , 估計要多久阿？
-Normally it takes about one to three months. But you can go to USCIS local office to apply for emergency AP if you are in a emergency situation. If you have a pending AP application, bring the receipt with you for the emergency AP application.
3. 可不可以在北京馬上重新申請簽證？ 現在４８５ pending, PD Nov04, 隨時都可能批（老婆已經2月批了，我是家屬），EAD 兩年多了， 這種情況要申請啥樣的簽證？
-You can not get an visa to come back unless your current status is H1/H4. Otherwise, your I-485 will be invalid.
4. 我這次還能成行嗎 ？還有啥注意？？這次出差任務重大啊。
