I wanted pre-completion because I still need to finish my degree. I didn't think i could finish within a year.
When i lost my job, i still have about 2 months left for my OPT. What about the 60-day grace period after my OPT? I should be fine within the 60 days, right? You think I was out of status still?

I asked my former employer, they haven't cancelled my H1b yet. But i will file reinstatement right now.

What were the chances that I could have avoided "out of status"?
