485 interfiling

I just sent them a letter as described in Pjiang's blog.

I also called them and talked to a lady. She told me my two I-140s were with the same officer and if my 485 was approved, the IO would interfile my 485 with the EB1A I-140 and give me the card.

Not sure what the key trigger to interfile the 485.

My experience is: send them letter ( if returned, send again till some professional person gets your mail

Call them everyday ( i almost talked to them everyday) and I used POJ method and got the chance to talk to the person in TSC.

Send them email.

I am also preparing the letters for the senators and congressmen but have not sent them out yet.

Just try everything you can think of and I believe you will make it go thru.
