old job just can be kept unitl 1th Nov. now got a new job offer to ask them to H1 transfer, but they said they are not sure they can make it unitl 1 Nov. if there is gap between them, is it Ok for green card application?
In fact, my NIW I140 approval, I-485 pending since July 2007, have EAD
