現在我已經轉成了學校的part time的H1B。如果我很快找到了工業界的offer，是不能辦H1B transfer的對吧？
-Yes, you can if you have worked for the school for a couple of months.
因為學校的H1B和工業界的H1B是倆個不同係統對嗎？
-It is irrelevant. H1 status is the same no matter you work in industrial compnay or school.


我記得移民局好像對換工作有些要求。好像是說你必須在一個單位工作相當長的一段時間才可以換去別的單位工作。

現在有個公司對我很感興趣。但是像我這種情況是不是必須在這個學校至少工作個3-5個月才可以換到別的公司的工作啊（如果拿到offer的話）？
-three months is enough.
申請轉換到工業界H1B的時候移民局是不是要你出示我在這個學校的paycheck阿？
-Correct.
如果一天都沒去工作的話就轉走，移民局會不會不批阿？
