回複：EB1-B I-140 批準後，pending的NIW 140怎麽處理?

請問是不是需要把NIW 140撤掉？ 現在剛交上485.
-Leave it along and not need to do anything. It may be useful if you lose job before your I-485 pending > 180 days and thus, results in your EB1B I-485 denial.
