臨時綠卡過期但是沒有收到正式綠卡

我有一個朋友,四年前和美國公民結婚來美, 後來申請到兩年的臨時綠卡, 綠卡今年6月份到期
-After your friend filed the application to remove the conditions for the 臨時綠卡, his/her permanent residency automatically is renewed at one-year intervals until his/her application is approved or denied. So, he/she has no status problem and can continue to do what he/she is doing.

今年四月份通知過去打指模
但是到現在九月底了都沒有回音
沒有綠卡寄過來
辦過的朋友有哪一位知道
這是不是不正常呢？
哪裏可以查詢到？
-I think it is normal. He/she can check the status by calling USCIS or just going to USCIS local office if he/she wants to.
