剛收到移民局來信，給哥哥申請的I-130批了。這是什莫意思？
-This is the first step for your brother's GC application. When the 排期到了, he will be interviewed in US Guangzhou Consulate for the immigration visa.

是不是說可以參加排期了？
-He has 參加排期 when USCIS received your I-130 application sometime ago.

還是排期已經到了？
-No. It will take about ten years to go.
