我的廣告有人申請，最低要求是6個月的工作經驗。這個人有1年的有關工作經驗，但是
完全是PART-TIME，他是FULL-TIME的POST-DOC。詳細問了，他每周有關的工作大概10小
時左右。請問每周10小時，做了一年，是算3個月的經驗嗎？可以這麽據嗎？謝謝！
-I do not think that kind of experience will be counted as the working expereince for the job. For example, as far as I know, if you had the same experience as this person for this job for the PERM, your PERM petition would be 100% denied because DOL will consider that you do not have the job experience for the job descripttion for the PERM.
