EB1 has been always "Current", 如果來一個批一個，這個表全是0 了，看不出來每年的申請絕對不超過1000。
而EB2, we know that most PD before 2007.8 are filed and most PD after 2005.2 are not closed yet, therefore EB2 number in the table are very close to actual number of EB2 applicants with PD in that duration.
