1. 08/15, decided to apply for EB1A DIY. 08/22, mailed out all materials using PP (Petition letter 21 pages, claiming 5 qualifications. I bought an EB1A package on 08/15 on the internet for 60 bucks)

2. 09/05, intent to deny letter. Decided to focus on judge work and major significance contribution. RFE letter 7 pages 8 points (Six and a half pages 7 points for major significance and 1 point for judge work). The most important thing is to show evidence for the qualifications.

Yes, the evidence is extremely important. Collect the evidence as possible as you can. citation, email copies, ask for code, articles, etc.

By the way, my background is CS.
