移民I130表填寫仍看不懂，再請教Pjang老師，白兔和大家

姐姐公民想幫我親屬移民，DIY 填I130有幾個問題不清楚，想請教一下。

1）。 第10項：Alien Registeration Number 是指畢業後實習期OPT卡上的A＃ 嗎？還是什麽別的A＃？

2）。 第14項：If your relative is currently in the US, complete the following: He arrived as: ________ Arrival I-94 date authorized stay expired, as shown on form I-94 ________

2005年F1學生入境，今年轉H1，I797 expiration date 是2012年6月，後出國回來拿了I94白卡上隻給兩年有效期，即2011年6月。海關解釋說其實仍以I797上日期為準。究竟應填F1還是H1？如H1的話，ExpireData是2012年或2011年？

3）。 第十八項："Address in the US where your relative intends to live". 填現在的住址行嗎？以後我每次搬家我姐都要通知政府更新I130內容嗎，還是不需要？

4）。第22項：“Complete the information below if your relative is in the US and will apply for adjustment of status. A). Your relative is in the US and will apply for adjustment of status to that of lawful permanent resident at the USCIS office in ( US city ) ( US State ) B). If your relative is not eligible for adjustemnt of staus, he or she will apply for a visa abroad at the American consular post in ( foreign city ) ( foreign country ). "

我今天在美國工作但十年後可能在中國，我是否應該A和B都填呢，還是隻能填一個？
