我們聯係了B校拿到了原來A校的I-20的COPY。但是還是有4個半月的GAP，不知道怎麽解釋。另外我老公有成績單可證明那4個半月他是FULL TIME的學生。

1）這4個半月是不是OUT OF STATUS了？

2）除了成績單還有什麽材料可證明身份的合法呢？
-You might ask Univ. A provides a letter explaining your hu*****and was a full-time student at that period of time, but the I-20 was missing if you want to.
3）如果485因此被拒，還能用原來的已經批準的140重新申請嗎？
-Yes, of course.
By the way, has your hu*****and been China and got a new visa to reenter US since he left Univ. A? If so, he has nothing to worry about.
