請教皮匠及各位知道的大俠，H1B 回簽問題，從加拿大走

在美H1B status，需回國一趟，工卡尚in process, 為防止H1B回簽被拒，聽說可以從加拿大或墨西哥走免去到美駐中國使館簽H1B的麻煩，不知這是怎麽弄？怎麽回事？
是不是我到美駐加拿大使館拿簽證（何種簽證？） 。在我返美時，從中國到加拿大，加拿大再到美國？
