我終於明白為什麽他們給的有效氣是09年6月了，因為那時我的護照是09年6月過期。。。

我沒有用工作簽證申請綠卡，辦了綠卡持有人的妻子那種婚姻綠卡。現在排期還有13個月了。 我先生這個月可申請公民。我的計劃是等他拿公民後再申請綠卡。。。不知道這影響不影響我以後這麽申請綠卡？？
-Once your hu*****and become a US citizen, just send a letter and along with his US citizen certificate and a copy of the approved I-130 to USCIS to upgrade your geen card application from F2A to US citizen dependent, and file the I-485 at the same time. Thus, you will get the the green card in a couple of months. Your unlawful presence will not affect your green card application through family based category.
