關於AP問題，請大牛們賜教！

我和我先生都是AOS,用EAD工作。自從用了EAD以後，就沒有續H-1,H-4. 不知不覺中 I-94就過期了。想明年暑期回國一次，所以準備申請AP. 這才發現很多人的checklist上都有I-94,可我們的已經過期了。

問題: I-94 是申請AP必須的文件嗎?
I-94 過期了影響我們身份的合法性嗎?
用AP回國,還應隨身準備什麽材料?
