請問由公司簽發的一定要是Offer Letter（給我本人的口吻）嗎？而不是工作的證明信（給移民局的口吻）嗎？
-EB1B only can be filed by your employer, not you. Your employer will address your employment status in the petition letter, so no offer letter is needed.

還有根據律師，這封Offer Letter 的簽發時間是現在，而不是真正開始工作的時間（事實上早就工作了).

根據律師:我需要從公司那裏得到Offer Letter, I-140簽字，和公司至少有3個以上researcher的證明（請問這個是公司出一封證明信嗎？還需要其他補充材料嗎？）
-Your lawyer will contact your employer for any inforamtion needed, not your business. So, do not worry about it. You just prepare the documents related to your own achievements such as publications, awards, meeting abtracts, recommendation letters, professional membership, review other people's paper for journals, etc. Contact your lawyer and he/she will tell you what you are supposed to prepare for.
