想谘詢一下相關表格填寫事宜，我是第二次申請回美證，表格中PART4 Information about proposed travel and PART5 Complete only if applying for a Re-entry permit需要填嗎？謝謝
-You only need to complete Part 4, not Part 5 if you are not a green card holder. Part 5 is for green card holder application for Re-entry permit (RP), not for Advanced Parole (AP) application.
