My 485 has been pending for about 2 years. Now I am using my EAD. If my spouse want to come to US, what visa should she apply?
-Your spouse only can apply for independent visa, such as H1, F1, B2, etc., no more non-immigration dependent visa, such as H4, F2, etc. Or he/she can get a immigration visa using Consular processing.
