上次I-485麵試,結果further review.接著我們的I-130 approval letter被轉寄到National Benefits Center (NBC).
這次是個field office director，信是寫給我老公的。信中說明了要帶有效證件，我的證件，租房或買房合同，銀行賬號，收入證明，稅單，健康保險，汽車保險，現任雇主的信，孩子的出生證明，家人對你婚姻真實性的證明，在一起的照片。
1。有人參加過這種麵試嗎？
2。為什麽是這麽大的官麵試我們，而不是普通移民官？
-The field office director = USCIS local office director. He/she is the supervisor of the 移民官 who interviewed you last time. The 移民官 was unable to make a decision based the information his/her interviewed you, so he/she needs the supervisor to do it again. It is normal procedure and they need to make sure your marriage is true before they issue a green card to you because your marriage is too short.

3。直接寫給我老公的，而不是我？
-It is normal.
4。麵試紙跟上次也不一樣。這個是為了我的I-485嗎？還是隻是一個背景調查或者麵試？
-Not different from last time and the interview purpose is to make sure your marriage is 100% true.
5。如果pass了，我就可以拿到綠卡了？
-It is possible.
6。我們都需要準備什麽？看起來這次要仔細審了。什麽樣的資料會比較有幫助呢？
-Bring all the evidences required and any information to prove your marriage as details as possible such as communications before or after marriage; wedding picture, joint pictures of you and your hu*****and, and both family (parents, brother/sisters), etc.

7。這個district adjudications officer, field office director 都是什麽人物阿？這難道是傳說中的移民法庭？
-district adjudications officer = regular IO; field office director = supervisor of the IO in USCIS local office.
