my question is how do I find out if they have ted the application and check if the receipt has been sent out. Is it normal taking so long to get receipt? Xiaobaitu, peterjiang or other masters please help me.
-You may ask your employer to find out the receipt number in the back of the cashed check (for the filing fee) from the bank. If USCIS has cashed the filing fee check, that indicate they has received the H1 transfer petition, and thus you can work for the new employer.
