回複：824表 etc

我的親屬移民排期快輪到了。
等了八年半，擔保人地址早已改變多次，我也全家移到了加拿大，工作簽證也換成了多次往返B簽證。

問題
我原來申請在美國調整身份，現在需要在加拿大申請移民簽證。我是否要用824表來更改擔保人及我的地址？
我需要回中國辦理麽？
