I-131填表問題

我現在H1-B, 申請婚姻綠卡。在I-131中，我是申請 Re-entry permit, 不是Advance Parole Document, 請大家幫我看看對不對？

在I-131的Part 5, "Since you became a permanent resident of the United States, have you ever filed a federal income tax return as a nonresident or failed to file a federal income tax return because you considered yourself to be a nonresident?" Yes or NO

我目前還不是permanent resident, 所以我的稅都是nonresident,這個問題是選 yes 還是 no?
