EAD issue - Thanks 863211

Thanks for your previous response regarding 1 year to 2 year EAD issue.
My EAD already pass half year, You suggest I wait it expires then reapply, I know it works but Do I still need to pay another $340? Or I can ask them correct error and for 2 years EAD? How much chance?
