EAD 申請 Texas or Nebraska?

請教大家，我申請485時，寄到nebraska，後來搬家到屬於texas的州，現在I-485 pending, 現在打算申請EAD是要郵寄到所在的Texas center，還是我I-485所在的Nebraska center呢？

我讀了instruction,好像說，住哪就寄所屬的center.可是好像以前在這板上看到有人說，不管家搬到哪，申請EAD都要寄回I-485所在的center.

請知道的，給個確定答案，多謝！
