我可以查到2007年7月Visa Bulletin是current for EB2.

請問我們接下來怎麽辦？申請MTR to reopen? 有人有這樣的類似經驗嗎？


以下是USCIS信件的節選：
“ On April 23, 2009, you appeared for an interview relating to your application for adjustment of status, which was filed in accordance with Section 245 of Title 8, United States Code of Federal Regulations.

It was determined that on the date of your filing your application for adjustment of status to that of a permanent resident alien, there was no immigrant visa immediately available. Upon review of the Department of State’s Visa Bulletin, the bulletin shows that the Department of State is now working on visas that have a priority date of October 1, 2003. Your priority date is June 6, 2006.

Accordingly, your application for adjustment of status to that of a permanent resident is denied without prejudice”
