但信上寫了我因為這個原因被denied 了，可能是我file 一年後換了工作，移民局的意思是我申請時沒到我，可是當時移民局好像範了一個錯誤，突然都有名額了，所以我的律師就幫我file 了。好像後來移民局承認有錯，又開始排期。好多律師說要告他們,so all the I-485 still went through. I think this is the reason. But what should I do? I can file a MTR (motion for reopen), but how long it will takes to get me case reopen. Can I work during waiting?
-Talk to your lawyer to file the MTR within one month after the I-485 denial. Explain the reason and provide the evidence (e.g. USCIS memo or any official document at that time for this issue). After you file the MTR, you are legally to stay.
