回複：有關H1b到EAD轉換中能否工作

我的H1九月2日到期。我在九月1日e-file了EAD(based on pending 485)。USCIS給了我EAD申請收據(I765, received date 9/1/2009, notice date 9/2/2009)。我還可以繼續為現雇主工作嗎？
-Technically, you can not work until your EAD is approved. If you have filed H1 extention application before 9/2/09, you would have continued to work. So, you have to stop working now.
