請教：兩本中國護照保持綠卡的可行性

一年前給父母辦了美國綠卡。老兩口最近想到北京我老弟那裏呆一兩年，但這樣很可能會丟掉綠卡。
一個台灣同事出了個主意：
1。父母從加拿大地麵出境，沒有記錄。
2。讓我父母回國後掛失護照，領新的來。
3。下次入境，用新護照從北京出境，新護照加綠卡從加拿大入境；
4。從地麵入境美國，用舊護照加綠卡。

這樣，美國移民官沒有辦法知道在加拿大呆了多少時間，也不會有綠卡取消問題了。據說好的台灣人這麽幹。問一下大牛，可行嗎？

另外，如果申請了AP，如果取消綠卡，會發生什麽？
